Pilates

Invigorating and intense floor conditioning class based on the Pilates Method.  

Small apparatus such as bands, tubing, Pilates ring and hand weights may be used.

Yoga

Yoga combines breathing with mindful movement to increase flexibility, balance, and coordination. 

Yoga has many benefits such as:

Pilates Springboard

This piece of equipment offers spring-loaded resistance which helps you connect more deeply into your core muscles while maintaining the principles of Pilates.

Barre

Mixing elements of pilates, yoga, ballet and strength conditioning with great music to motivate and inspire students of all ages and fitness abilities.  Low impact and results driven while toning the body and strengthening the core.

Class limited to 10 participants.  Reservations required.

Pilates MVe

A classic piece of Pilates equipment! The MVe chair is a multipurpose apparatus that challenges balance and proprioception in different ways than other apparatus.  

The unique design enables everyone to get amazing results.

Iwa Dojo Kakucho

The Iwa Dojo Kakucho, is a progressive traditional school of martial arts fostering a positive harmonious learning experience.  Okinawan Shorin Ryu Karate-do is our primary training focus. We include various drills, martial conditioning, and calisthenics into our curriculum to increase the practitioner’s health and overall well-being.   

Our purpose is to pursue continuous self-improvement through the training of Japanese and Okinawan Martial Arts!

We are affiliated with and train under the direction of Shihan Andy Rodriguez, Chief Instructor of the Iwa Dojo in Newark DE.

We are members of the So Budo Kai
